Winner of a studio session
And the Winner is...
Congratulations to Betty for winning a studio session with $350 in print credit from my event at CambridgeSide Galleria in April. She will be bringing her black poodle to my studio soon, and I can't wait to create some amazing photos for her.
I was part of this special at an event in Cambridgeside Galleria. I wasn't sure what the layout of the space was so I came over prepared. I brought a bunch of different prints but had to bring 1/2 them back to the car because I didn't have the room. It was okay, though. I was able to attract the people most interested in my work and though, it wasn't many it was great to talk to those who did stop by.
It also gave me a chance to create a new option for people interested in a photo session. I've put together a good starter package where people can come to my studio and get a session and a print credit for $675. It includes $375 in print credit that they can use toward any prints. It's a great way to start and get something really unique. I hope people take advantage of it.
It's kinda my long-term goal to be a studio-only photographer. I know my old bones won't be happy with me if I keep running around and crawling on the ground to get photos of dogs. I want to keep shooting for as long as I can, and I know that the more I shoot in the studio, the more I like it.
I know though, that dogs love being outdoors. Running and playing are their happy place, so I try to capture that in my photos.
